Paid diagnostic
A fixed-scope assessment of feasibility, economics, and risk. You get the costed plan and the no-go list — yours to keep, whether or not we build anything.

We build inside your real workflow in short cycles, prove each change against the agreed evaluation, and report against the agreed targets. No surprises at the end.

Code, models, and a runbook handed over; your team trained. “You own it” means you can run, change, and extend the system without calling us.
We’d rather lose the build than ship something that doesn’t pay off.
- A paid diagnostic, not a free pitch. Small, fixed fee — so the advice is honest and the deliverable is yours regardless.
- An explicit no. If AI isn’t worth it for your case, we tell you, and you’ve still got a costed plan. Stop conditions are agreed in writing before we start, so a phase that is not earning its keep ends early and cleanly.
