I’ve spent twenty years writing, reviewing, and shipping software — as an individual contributor, a specialist, and an engineering manager. I started Ascelsion to bring that same discipline to applied AI: build it into how a business really works, prove it with numbers, and hand it over so the team owns it. Ascelsion works on three commitments: integrity in how we handle your systems, intellect in who does the work, and impact you can measure.
I’m based in India and focused on mid-size businesses across the GCC — a region I’ve built for before, and one that values substance over hype. My work has run across backend, frontend, cloud, and AI integration, with delivery in the US, Germany, Belgium, the Netherlands, and the UAE.

Built AI-integrated capabilities for the developer inner loop — code and test generation, code modernisation, actionable insights — using retrieval and agentic workflows rather than vanilla LLM calls. Also led build-reliability work: automated failure categorisation and high-availability pipeline services.

Co-led a self-service authoring capability inside a major business platform, cutting a days-long workflow to hours for teams across flagship web products.
McKinsey Digital Labs
Co-built and scaled digital solutions in McKinsey’s lean-solutions portfolio — client analytics that compressed multi-week exercises into days, and a multi-tenant, multi-lingual manufacturing platform scaled for wide adoption. Led a cloud migration to AWS and mentored engineers to certification.

Head of Technology for a UAE-based B2B fintech, leading a cross-functional team across engineering, QA, and UX — hands-on architecture and delivery for products in the region Ascelsion now serves.

Ascelsion Technologies Private Limited was incorporated in India in 2026 and is based in Gurugram. It serves mid-size enterprises in the GCC, where the founder has built and led engineering before. It is founder-led by design: the person you meet is the person in your codebase.
After two decades inside large engineering organisations, the pattern was clear: the teams that got value from AI treated it as engineering — measured, deployed, and maintained — while the ones chasing hype got demos that never reached production.
